Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Manager/Customer Service Representative/Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this multi-role position, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of parts, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and writing estimate for our collision customers. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of classic cars, strong organizational, and communication skills, a deep understanding of automotive parts and functionality, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. 

Responsibilities:

Parts Management:
- Oversee the procurement, inventory management, and sales of parts and accessories.
- Maintain an organized parts storage area and ensure proper storage and handling of parts.
- Work closely with suppliers to order and replace parts as necessary, ensuring timely delivery.
- Track shipping and delivery dates to ensure parts are available when needed.
- Assist in pricing and promotion strategies for parts to maximize profitability.

Customer Service:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers inquiring about repairs and projects for their vehicles.
- Provide accurate information and recommendations to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with the service technicians to streamline communication and support customer needs.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.

Estimator 

- Work with the customers and insurance companies to provide a seamless repair of damaged vehicles.                                        - Write estimates in our collision software program and submit to insurance for approvals.                                                          - Schedule repairs for efficient timelines.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in parts management or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and standard office applications (e.g., QuickBooks, MS Office, CCC).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A valid driver’s license may be required.
